Beyond The Boundaries

Growing the amount of women involved in snowboarding has always been near and dear to my heart. When Mary Walsh asked me if I was interested in helping out with Beyond The Boundaries, a women's freestyle snowboard camp that travels around the U.S and to Japan, I couldn't say no! Over the last few years, joining them on their trips has brought new experiences, friends, and most importantly more stoke for snowboarding. One of my favorite things about coaching and shooting photos at these camps has been seeing how snowboard culture varies region to region through out the country. From the loud and constant cheering of the east coast, to the one-on-one encouragement of the west, and of course the kindness - or "Minnesota Nice" in the midwest that I call home. Somehow my obsession with snowboarding continues to grow and be fueled from BTBounds, just when I think my stoke can't get any higher, it does.
